We have multiple packing lines designed to optimize sorting and packing particular types of fruit.  Each operated by its own dedicated crew to ensure maximum quality control.

One line is designed for plums and kiwifruit and features computer-controlled sizers and automated fillers .

A second line is designed for peaches, nectarines, pomegranates, apricots, pluots, and soft peel citrus.  From either a harvest bin or tote the fruit travels across a computer-controlled sizer to employees who hand-place the fruit into boxes.

A third line is designed for specialty fruits (organic peaches, plums, nectarines, pluots, and apricots).  Harvest totes deliver fruit across a small computer-controlled sizer to employees who hand-place the fruit into boxes.
